Leadership & Team Management
  • Coach and inspire a customer service team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales
  • Set clear goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Design training programs and standardize best practices through a Customer Service Handbook
  • Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and team performance
Operations & Reporting
  • Oversee CRM and POS systems to ensure smooth customer life cycle management
  • Identify workflow gaps and lead automation initiatives
  • Report on service performance, and team productivity
Profile

We are looking for a Head of Customer Service Lead who is driven, resourceful and eager to lead. You should possess the following qualities to thrive in the role:

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys wearing multiple hats
  • Comfortable with data and eager to learn tools like CRM, POS, and Excel
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, education, airlines, concierge) is a plus
