Qualifications

  • Minimum of 13 years’ relevant experience in facilities management.
  • A valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is required.
  • CFME Tier 3/4 certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Facilities Manager in operational efficiency efforts.
  • Supervise performance of cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services.
  • Manage vendor contracts and conduct inspections for safety and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with service providers on operational issues and emergencies.
  • Assist in budget tracking and service performance reviews.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Promote workplace safety and compliance with statutory safety standards.

About the job:
  • Support the Facilities Manager in continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the performance of cleaning, security, landscaping, and catering services to ensure operational excellence.
  • Manage vendor contracts and conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and functionality across facilities.
  • Respond promptly to operational issues and emergencies, coordinating with service providers for quick resolution.
  • Assist in budget tracking, service reports, and performance reviews for outsourced vendors.
  • Foster strong working relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor contractor performance, service quality, and adherence to maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth facility operations.
  • Promote workplace safety practices and ensure compliance with company and statutory safety standards.
  • Supervise and oversee the AV and Logistics team to ensure seamless event setup and smooth execution of successful events.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and completeness of item descriptions, specifications, and unit rates within the SOR.
  • Manage tenant relations to ensure seamless fit‑out execution.
About you:
  • Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent with a minimum of 13 years’ relevant experience.
  • A valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification.
  • CFME Tier 3/4.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
