A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking to hire a Facilities Manager to oversee operational management and infrastructure development. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, possess good communication and project management skills, and have experience in facility management. Responsibilities include maintaining buildings and equipment, coordinating renovation projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role offers opportunities for innovation in facilities management.
You will support and advise the HOD in the overall operational management, leadership and oversight for the performance and outcome of the department as well as SingHealth Shared Services and Facilities & Infrastructure Development.
This involves preparation of both long and short-term strategic vision and meticulous planning to ensure not only the continuous and uninterrupted operations of buildings, plant, and equipment and all infrastructural assets and facilities but also ensure the timely replacement of equipment and fixtures.
You will be an active participant in the department’s role as the consultants, project manager and executor to minor renovation, upgrading projects and other facility management matters.
