• Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations, and facility management of client platforms to meet agreed business needs and service levels.
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions of escalated incidents. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Perform service requests related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service levels, document, and maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reports to relevant parties.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Manage client platform implementation/upgrade projects.
• Conduct research and evaluation of client platform tools.
• Provide technical advice related to systems to customers or project teams.
• Manage client platform management systems.
• Manage system changes through the change request process and provide status reports to relevant parties.
• Perform client platform-related presales tasks.
• Gather business and/or application requirements for infrastructure to perform requirement analysis and design.
• Ensure service levels meet requirements. Propose and implement action plans when necessary.
• Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across project and facility management teams.
