Job summary

Job description
Role Summary

Provide operational support to AD(FM), to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient operations of all polyclinic facilities, infrastructure, and biomedical equipment. Drive performance, manage projects, and oversee service providers to support uninterrupted clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Operations: Develop and monitor FM/BME work plans and KPIs to ensure continuous, safe, and cost-effective operations.
  • Manage Facilities: Ensure 24/7 operational readiness. Oversee service providers, manage projects (renovation, upgrades), and handle new facility handovers.
  • Oversee Medical Equipment: Manage the full lifecycle of biomedical assets from commissioning and maintenance to repair, calibration, and disposal.
  • Drive Performance: Optimize costs and equipment efficiency. Lead incident investigations and implement improvements.
  • Ensure Emergency Readiness: Act as FM/BME lead during emergencies and business continuity events.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
  • Min. 5 years’ relevant experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role (healthcare FM/BME preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of M&E systems, biomedical equipment, and project/vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Fire Safety Manager certification preferred.
