Job summary

A well-established logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore. The role involves processing customer orders, managing shipping documentation, and coordinating with shipping lines. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations, with knowledge of PSA Haulier Community System as an advantage. This position offers a salary of up to $3500 plus AWS, with working hours from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm on weekdays and alternate Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations required.
• Experience with PSA Haulier Community System or TradeNet is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using PSA Haulier Community System.
• Submit permit declarations through CrimsonLogic.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation; coordinate with shipping lines or agents.
• Handle customer payments and liaise with courier services.
• Arrange cargo pickups and shipments with internal and external parties.
• Generate regular reports (daily/monthly) for customers and internal management.
