Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking a Social Media Operations Executive to manage and execute social media operations. This role focuses on maintaining a strong online presence, engaging with audiences, and optimizing social media performance for the brand.

Role Overview:

As a Social Media Operations Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of social media platforms, content scheduling, community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Execute social media campaigns and ensure content is aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the community.
• Work with the marketing team to create engaging content and promote brand awareness.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports with insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and implement best practices.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and internal teams to execute social media strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative with a keen eye for detail and design.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
