  • Join and play a key role in delivering impactful football programmes, managing logistics, supporting coach development, and driving community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management
  • Facilitate and support the operations of football programmes, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Create and manage seasonal programmes on the platform.
  • Compile attendance data and assist with quarterly reporting.
Inventory & Venue Management
  • Oversee the accountability and management of logistics and inventory for annual audits.
  • Procure necessary equipment for programme execution and ensure its timely maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors to conduct regular equipment maintenance.
  • Act as a liaison to ensure venues are in proper working condition for the delivery of programmes.
Coach Management
  • Manage the recruitment process for new Assistant Coaches and handle relevant documentation.
  • Assist with payroll inquiries and related matters for Assistant Coaches.
  • Facilitate the professional development of coaches by organizing training courses.
Communications & Marketing
  • Enhance the social media presence of the Academy.
  • Address public queries via email and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of digital assets and engage a larger audience through social media platforms.
  • Create and manage a library of high-quality images for social media content.
Ad-hoc Responsibilities
  • Support the Academy Principal with secretariat tasks and document meeting minutes.
  • Assist with various ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Sports Development, Physical Education, Sports Management, or related fields are a plus.
  • Experience in programme management or sports‑related fields, particularly in football or physical activity, is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • A team player with a strategic and analytical mindset, and the ability to influence and make decisions.
  • Passionate about football with a dedication to enhancing community engagement through sports.
  • Flexible to attend to other sport centres when required.
