• Strategic planning in selection of applications

• User specification write-up in accordance to user’s and organization’s requirement

• Work with users and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions

Applications support

• Work in a team to manage and assist in IT project management and implementation

• Liaise with vendors in project implementation, application testing, support and upgrades

• Perform coding, scripting, and testing for enhancements and bug fixes

• Enhance and support internal application systems and data flows

Governance

• Support data governance and PDPA compliance

• Prepare technical documentation and user guides

• Assist in software audits and policy reviews

Administrative and Hardware support

• End user equipment

• User administration

• Network/infrastructure support

• Phone system management

• Printers

• Licenses

• Contracts

Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or relevant IT certification

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in IT Project Management and system/application support

Proficient and experience in using proper PM tools and methodology

Coding ability (e.g. Java, .NET, Python, SQL, etc.)

Hands‑on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Git, and Docker preferred

Familiar with system integration, testing, and deployment

Possess strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving skill

Mandarin proficiency (reading and communication) preferred, as the TCM system is in Chinese.

Experience in Oracle Cloud & SQL

Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices

Able to manage multiple tasks, projects and prioritize

Able to identify interdependencies when analysing problems and developing creative solutions

Able to work independently, self‑motivated and great team player

Added advantage to candidate with prior experience working in healthcare institutions
