Branch Manager Singapore – Off‑road Event Acquisition + Club Partnerships

Business area: Off‑road/rally sports

Location: Singapore

The role

To support our growing presence in Asia, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic leader to head up our Singapore branch. The focus is on acquiring and developing new off‑road events in Asia, establishing and maintaining relationships with regional off‑road clubs, and managing the operations of our local team. You will also coordinate the use of our rally equipment and work closely with our head office in France.

Your responsibilities
  • Business development & acquisition
  • Identifying, approaching and acquiring new off‑road event partners in Asia
  • Analysing regional market potential and trends in off‑road/rallying
  • Building a sustainable event portfolio in the region
  • Maintaining and expanding cooperation with off‑road clubs, associations and relevant communities
  • Representing the company at events, trade fairs and networking events
  • Team leadership & site management
  • Operational and strategic responsibility for the Singapore branch
  • Leadership, motivation and further development of the local team
  • Ensuring efficient workflows and resource utilisation
  • Operational coordination
  • Organisation and planning of the use of rally equipment in close coordination with the head office in France
  • Ensuring smooth logistics processes and technical availability
Your profile
  • Several years of experience in event acquisition, in the motorsport/off‑road sector or in a similar role
  • Experience in managing teams and regional locations
  • Strong network in the off‑road or motorsport scene in Asia is an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Organisational talent and strategic and operational mindset
  • Very good English skills; other Asian languages are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within Asia
