Overview

As a Tele-Marketing Specialist, you will be the first point of connection between potential clients and our solutions.

Your role is not just to make calls.

Your role is to:

  • Start conversations.
  • Understand business challenges.
  • Identify opportunities.
  • And open the door for our consultants to deliver real value.

You will work closely with our Sales and Solution Consulting teams to identify and qualify companies that can benefit from digital transformation.

Think of yourself as the opportunity creator.

What you will do
  • Proactively reach out to companies via calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Introduce Umbrella Solutions and the technology platforms we implement.
  • Start meaningful conversations with decision makers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify companies that could benefit from ERP, AI, automation, or digitalisation initiatives.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, priorities, and readiness for change.
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and CRM updates.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into real projects.

You will be measured by quality conversations, qualified opportunities, and real business impact.
