Coordinator - Supply Chain Operations Support (Logistics)

1) Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents.
2) Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers.
3) Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers.
4) Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application.
5) To achieve visualization of Key Performance of the department's goal and objectives.

Job Requirement

- Teamwork
- Communication skills
- Time management and accuracy
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Preferably candidate with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in any field
- Candidate with knowledge and/or experience in logistics/supply chain field will be an added advantage.
