Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily facilities operations in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee facilities team and contractors to ensure efficient and safe site activities.
• Plan maintenance schedules and support hands-on work when required.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Participate in workflow reviews and suggest improvements.
• Monitor job progress, verify completed works, and update reports for billing accuracy.
• Ensure all work permits, safety, and compliance documents are properly prepared and maintained.
• Conduct site inspections and report job status and performance updates to management.
