A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a skilled operations manager to oversee store and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, 2-3 years' experience, and strong administrative skills. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, inventory auditing, and managing tenancy agreements. Candidates must possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence and be comfortable working in various environments.
Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, proper scheduling, and adherence to performance, safety, and layout standards in line with company policies.
Inventory & Procurement: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, manage purchase and delivery orders, and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Logistics & Shipments: Monitor and inspect shipments and deliveries, liaise with logistics partners to resolve discrepancies, and ensure efficient, on-time order fulfilment.
Project & Technical Support: Provide operational support for project inventory needs, assist engineers in maintenance and technical work, and coordinate materials or parts sourcing when required.
Tenancy, Contracts & Site Management: Handle tenancy agreements and related contracts, maintain and update lease records, ensure compliance with contractual terms, coordinate site access, and liaise with property management or building owners to address operational or facility matters.
Equipment & Warranty Handling: Manage the return of faulty equipment (RMA), handle warranty claims, and ensure timely repair or replacement to minimize operational downtime.
Administration & Reporting: Perform administrative duties such as filing, reporting, scheduling, and correspondence to support seamless business operations.
Handle contracts/tenancy agreement and liaise with building management
Diploma or equivalent required; a Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, operations, or tenancy/contract management.
Proven experience in inventory control, delivery coordination, and project tracking.
Experience in supporting engineering or maintenance projects is advantageous.
Familiarity with RMA processes, warranty handling, and basic installation or equipment setup is a plus.
Prior experience operating lifting equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) will be advantageous.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and general office software.
Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
Must be comfortable working in rooftop and tunnel environments.
