Job summary
A construction company in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Coordinator with at least 15 years of experience in HDBBTO projects. The role involves liaising with project managers, leading junior coordinators, and managing architectural consultants. The ideal candidate possesses a Degree in Architecture, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Revit is required. Qualifications
- At least 15 years' experience in Architectural coordination role in Singapore HDBBTO project.
- Possess CONQUAS Manager certificate.
- Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with the Project Manager for work scheduling and documentation.
- Manage and lead junior Architectural Coordinator.
- Assist in preparing presentations for stakeholders.
- Manage Architectural consultants for project compliance.
- Conduct routine inspections on architectural works.

Liaise with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Inform Project Manager/ Technical Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
Manage and lead junior Archi Coordinator by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
Provide design and technical support / resolution to site queries / issues over the duration of Construction, as and when required.
Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.
- Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB.
- At least 15 years’ experience in Architectural coordination role in Singapore HDBBTO project is required.
- Possess CONQUAS Manager certificate.
- Possess Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will have an added advantage.
- Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and strong presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Bluebeam, and Revit.
- Consultant firm experience will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, coaching skills and organising abilities.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently.
