A construction company in Singapore seeks an experienced Architectural Coordinator with at least 15 years of experience in HDBBTO projects. The role involves liaising with project managers, leading junior coordinators, and managing architectural consultants. The ideal candidate possesses a Degree in Architecture, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Revit is required. This position offers opportunities for impact and leadership.
Liaise with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Inform Project Manager/ Technical Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works.
Manage and lead junior Archi Coordinator by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes.
Assist the Project Manager in the preparation of the presentation to management, clients and stakeholders.
Manage the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.
Review and value-add to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants.
Provide design and technical support / resolution to site queries / issues over the duration of Construction, as and when required.
Conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.
