Job summary

A local business consultancy in Singapore is looking for a corporate secretary to handle a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties. Responsibilities include incorporating companies for clients, performing due diligence, reviewing necessary documents, updating statutory registers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role demands attention to detail, multi-tasking abilities, and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of Corporate Secretarial work and attend to clients on all corporate secretarial matters.
  • Incorporation of companies for local and overseas clients.
  • Know your clients and perform customer due diligence.
  • Review necessary documents for AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ resolutions, striking off etc.
  • Updating and maintaining statutory registers.
  • Filing and reviewing of documents with ACRA.
  • Provide advice on compliance requirements and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach, monitor and lead a team of secretarial staff.
  • Perform other corporate and administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to handle tasks promptly and efficiently.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
