Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee daily finance operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reports in line with SFRS and Group standards.

• Group Reporting & Intercompany Transactions: Manage monthly consolidation reporting and intercompany transactions, supporting HQ with budgeting and public reporting requirements.

• Audit & Compliance: Lead statutory and group audits, ensuring full compliance with audit requirements and implementing recommendations.

• Tax & Statutory Filings: Ensure accurate and timely submission of GST, ECI, income tax, and other statutory filings in compliance with Singapore regulations.

• Project & Regional Finance Oversight: Provide financial planning, monitoring, and analysis for regional projects managed from Singapore.

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop the finance team to meet performance goals under the direction of the Operation Director.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance/ACCA

• Minimum 6 years of financial management experience, including 2 years in a leadership role.

• Well-versed in Singapore reporting standards, taxation, GST, IFRS/SFRS, and financial controls.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting/ERP systems like NCC and QuickBooks.
