Descrizione del lavoro
A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a candidate for project account management. Responsibilities include handling progress claims and liaising with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate holds a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field and has 3 to 5 years of experience with contractors. Competitive pay, bonuses, and allowances are offered.

- Handle progress claims, variations, and finalization of project accounts.
- Liaise with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, and developers.
- Manage purchasing processes including quotations and negotiations.

Handle progress claims, VO and finalization of project accounts.
Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects and developers Certification of claims for sub-contractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts.
Handle purchasing including but not limited to calling for quotations, negotiations, etc.
Any ad-hoic duties as assigned.
Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus
Degree / Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering.
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience with the contractors.
Candidate with experience in Civil Engineering works will also be considered.
