Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting systems, and fixtures according to blueprints and safety codes.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and equipment to prevent faults or breakdowns.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including faulty wiring, components, and fixtures.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with the National Electrical Code and statutory regulations.
• Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• May assist in the installation and testing of air-conditioning, heating, or other related equipment.
• Guide or supervise apprentice electricians when required.

Requirements
