Job summary

The successful candidate will assist with patient recruitment, ethical submissions, and data management. A degree in Health Sciences or a Diploma in Nursing is required, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant roles. About the Role

You will be involved in co-ordinating oncology related clinical trials and research studies and assist the Investigators with patient recruitment, monitor of treatment and follow up, collect data and tissue specimens (if applicable) and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with ethical/ regulatory submissions and renewal
  • Coordinate clinical research studies/ trials (Screening, recruitment, follow up) and blood/ tissue specimens collection if applicable
  • Data collection and Management
  • Ensure all research documents are filed accordingly
  • Assist and prepare for monitoring/ audit
  • Keep track of research finance budget
  • Maintain laboratory supplies and ensure proper collection, handling and shipment delivery if applicable
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Health Sciences or Diploma in Nursing
  • 2 years working experiences
  • Experiences in Clinical Trials and training in Good Clinical Practice are advantages
  • Multi-task, independent and good time management,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
