Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including syndicated and bilateral loans, revolving credit facilities, trade finance, guarantees, and letters of credit.
Draft, review, and negotiate key financing documents such as term sheets, loan and security agreements, intercreditor agreements, and waivers or amendments.
Contribute to the structuring and execution of major project financing initiatives across the Group.
Partner with internal teams—including Treasury and Finance—to support banking relationships, financing strategies, and ongoing debt compliance obligations.
Ensure legal compliance with internal risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory frameworks.
Advise on corporate funding strategies, refinancing activities, and debt structuring solutions.
Manage and liaise with external legal counsel, particularly for cross-border transactions, ensuring efficient and effective legal coordination.
Stay abreast of developments in banking and financial regulations and provide proactive legal guidance to impacted business areas.
Support intra-group financing activities, including intercompany loan arrangements, with attention to tax and transfer pricing considerations.
Assist in negotiating financial covenants and maintain effective communication with lenders and financial institutions.
To Qualify:
Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 8 - 14 or more years of experience in related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure
