Are you a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving digital transformation? Join our growing Singapore team and play a key role in shaping enterprise and government-grade IT solutions for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage business requirements.
  • Lead requirement elicitation workshops, user interviews, and client walkthroughs.
  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Bridge communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
  • Conduct UAT coordination, defect triaging, and end-user training sessions.
  • Support presales activities such as solution designing, client demos, and proposals.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in IT/software projects.
  • Experience working with clients from Asia-Pacific, Middle East, or Europe preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, UML diagramming, and process mapping.

Nice To Have

  • CBAP-trained or certified.
  • Experience with public sector or e-government projects.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to mentor or lead junior analysts.
