About the job
We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery. Your responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders and teams to manage expectations, resolve issues, and deliver successful outcomes.

Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and oversee project activities, managing resources, risks, and timelines. Your leadership will ensure clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and achievement of project goals aligned with organizational strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

2. Execution & Monitoring

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and track progress against milestones.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

3. Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and update progress.
  • Manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business needs.

4. Quality & Closure

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
  • Oversee project documentation, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Facilitate project closure and handover activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
  • Proven experience managing projects or programs, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Experience with risk management, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
