Job Summary
Support dealers in developing strategies to grow in the CI rebuild space. This role involves working closely with dealers to establish Rebuild Processes and Go To Market Strategies, acting as a consultant in the CI Rebuild space.
What You Will Do
- Assess Dealers' Rebuild operations: Understand their Rebuild Operations and Go to Market Strategies, and recommend solutions.
- Lead Rebuild Deep Dive Initiatives: Identify new opportunities and create lifecycle solutions to address unmet customer needs within CI Rebuild Models.
- Maintain Internal Communications: Ensure Rebuild Deep Dives align with organizational changes and communicate proactively with MBD and Product Group partners.
- Establish Clear Guidance for Rebuild Action Plans: Create benchmarks to review the effectiveness of Rebuild Strategies and foster a collaborative feedback framework.
What You Have
- Deep knowledge of repair options, rebuild processes, and business.
- Understanding of dealer rebuild operations.
- Data analytic skills.

Additional Information
- Business travel required — approximately 50%.
- Position based in Singapore.
