Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments, and actively follow up on unsettled balances.
• Conduct routine reconciliations between bank statements and internal records to ensure alignment and detect any inconsistencies.
• Review and register supplier bills into the system, confirming all supporting documentation is complete.
• Manage sales documentation, including order processing and invoice issuance to customers.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Salary: $2,800 to $3,000
