Job summary

A leading bank seeks an experienced professional to manage corporate relationships and lead initiatives in Singapore. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience with large corporates, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to negotiate complex banking transactions. This role includes responsibilities such as managing KYC processes, credit documentation, and supporting cross-selling of banking products.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years experience in handling large Regional corporates or conglomerates.
• Strong knowledge of Group account management.
• Knowledge of PF, PE, and infrastructure with credit enhancement structures.

Job Responsibilities

1. To develop new and manage existing corporate relationship in order to achieve assigned KPIs.

2. To structure, negotiate, analyze, perform documentation and follow up on all credit, KYC and legal matters etc.

3. To do cross marketing for salary crediting, deposit, cash management, e-banking and other ancilliary business.

4. To assist Department Deputy General Manager in managing the team portfolio.

5. To perform any other duties as assigned by the department from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. At least 8 years experience in handling large Regional corporates / conglomerates with international exposure with management role.

2. Knowledge of Group account management with strong interpersonal skills among customers of different background.

3. Knowledge of PF, PE, infrastructure with credit enhancement structures and associated tax / FX regimes for regional countries.

4. Financial analysis of large consolidated balance sheet.
