Job summary

A dynamic company is looking for a part-time accountant to manage full sets of accounts and ensure timely financial reporting. Responsibilities include GST and tax filing, payroll processing, and maintaining accounting systems. Ideal candidates should have relevant experience in finance and accounting. This position is suitable for Singaporeans and PRs only, offering flexible hours of 3-4 hours a day, 1-2 days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Knowledge of GST and corporate tax filing.
• Experience with payroll processing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.

Part-Time Accountant

Singaporeans/PR only

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Set of Accounts
  Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Month-End & Year-End Closing
  Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and management accounts.
• GST & Tax Filing
  Prepare and file quarterly GST returns and assist with corporate income tax submissions.
• Audit & Compliance
  Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government bodies (e.g., IRAS, ACRA).
• Payroll & CPF Submission
  Manage monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Accounting System Maintenance
  Maintain and update accounting systems (ABSS/MYOB).
• Ad Hoc Finance Tasks
  Support business with financial analysis and handle any finance-related administrative tasks.
