We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with hands-on experience in Temenos Transact (T24) implementations to lead core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensure delivery excellence, and coordinate across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end T24 implementation or upgrade projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal stakeholders.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate regular steering committee and stakeholder meetings, providing clear reporting on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and go-live activities.
- Drive UAT coordination, training plans, and post-go-live support strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards.
- Proven experience managing Temenos T24 (Transact) implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of T24 modules (e.g., AA, Lending, Payments, Treasury, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-vendor environments and cross-functional project teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid).
- Excellent skills in stakeholder communication, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong banking domain knowledge – retail, corporate, digital, or treasury.
- Ability to oversee migration, interface design, SIT/UAT, and cutover plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Temenos T24 certification or experience with Temenos tools (e.g., IRIS, TAFJ, TPH).
- Experience with Temenos Infinity is a plus.
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
- Exposure to cloud-based T24 deployments (Azure, AWS, Temenos SaaS) is an advantage.
