Job summary
A leading fintech company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Associate to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial documents, and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred but fresh graduates are also welcomed. Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills are essential.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not always required.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed too!
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor accuracy.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal departments for financial data.
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Assist in processing payroll when needed.
