• Provide operational support for remittance transactions.
• Ensure accurate processing of instructions from stakeholders.
• Manage GIRO crediting and debiting.
• Conduct client callbacks in a timely manner.

Job description

Location: CBD, Corporate banking
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Process customer transaction such as deposit, withdrawal, transfer and foreign exchange
• Provide operational support such as inward/outward remittance transactions
• Ensure all instructions submitted by internal stakeholders are accurately processed and released within the currency cut‑off times.
• Manage the GIRO crediting and debiting
• Conduct timely client callbacks

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in bank operation roles
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast‑paced environment
