Position Overview

Our academy is currently recruiting an experienced Roadshow Consultant (Team Leader) to establish and develop our outreach initiatives. This position entails building a team of Roadshow Consultants from the ground up whilst representing our Academy at various locations to showcase and promote our training course offerings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the outreach function, recruiting suitable team members and establishing effective processes. As the founding member of our outreach structure, you will create the strategic framework for consultant activities, develop conversion metrics and ensure representation of our academy’s values and SkillsFuture-funded course offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Create strategic outreach plans and processes for outreach locations, promotional events and community locations.

• Establish performance metrics, tracking systems and quality assurance protocols.

• Build relationships with venue management to secure optimal positioning and establish logistical arrangements.

• Establish record-keeping protocols for outreach activities, lead generation and conversion rates.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Education or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in training administration or educational sales, with demonstrated capacity for leadership.

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s workforce development landscape and the WSQ framework.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an educational or training environment.
