Senior CNC Milling Programmer - Lead & Train Team
Job summary
A leading precision engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to work on new machining projects and supervise a team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of CNC programming experience and a relevant diploma. Responsibilities include creating CNC programs, training new workers, and managing cost reduction projects. The role requires a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently within a dynamic engineering environment.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years working experience in a Precision Engineering environment with relevant CNC programming experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers on new machining projects.
- Create CNC program for new machining components.
- Transfer completed machined FA components to production.
- Work on VAVE projects for cost reductions.
- Train new workers on CNC programming.
- Supervise a team of programmers.
