Job summary

A leading aviation consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support Operations Control Center initiatives. The role involves translating operational needs into system requirements, primarily focusing on AIMS. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Airline Operations Control, with strong analytical and communication skills. This position requires effective collaboration with IT and operational teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Airline Operations Control (OCC), Crew Management, or Flight Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with airline operations systems, particularly AIMS.
  • Good knowledge of aviation regulations, including FDTL and fatigue risk management principles.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Business Analyst and functional SME for Airline Operations Systems.
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Support crew rostering and pairing analysis, ensuring compliance.
  • Provide operational analysis during Irregular Operations (IROPs).
  • Collaborate with Flight Operations, OCC, and IT teams.
