Job summary
A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to manage payable and receivable verification, payment processing, and support month-end closing. Candidates should hold an ITE or Diploma in Accounting and have relevant experience. The position offers hybrid work arrangements and benefits like dental and health insurance.

- At least 1-year relevant experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work on weekends once a month.
Responsibilities
- Verify and post Payable/Receivable into Accounting system.
- Process payments and verify petty cash claims.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Good team player with good communication and initiative.
- Familiar with MS Excel applications.
Working timing: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm (Hybrid Arrangements). Willing to work on weekend once a month.
