Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of corporate accounting and billing function
• Assist in preparation of the full spectrum of vessel accounting function
• Prepare monthly payments to vendors and reimbursement of expense claims
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare all necessary supporting documents for auditing purposes
• Support managers on projects
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

• Polytechnic / Diploma in accountancy or LCCI diploma in accountancy or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years related experience is preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Well versed with MS Excel and Word
• Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and goals
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
