Overview

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to join our team as XP & A SME. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in the financial and asset management industry, with a strong understanding of extended planning and analysis principles including Finance, operations and other departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engagement workflow (as-is and To-be) to support transformation
• Analyze financial workflow with an operations lens, capture issues and provide analysis for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations with established solution to remove impediments
• Work with other departments to ensure alignment on operational efficiency and financial accuracy
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in XP&A/FP&A in the financial or asset management industry
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
