About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Xceptor and Thunderhead (SmartCOMM/SmartDX) professional with deep expertise in trade confirmation processing within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing document automation workflows and integrations across front‑to‑back trade processing systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of total experience in banking technology or document automation platforms.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Xceptor – workflow design, data transformation, XML handling, and scheduler management.
• 3+ years experience with Thunderhead SmartCOMM or SmartDX, including XSLT, template design, and FO/PDF generation.
• Strong understanding of Trade Confirmations, especially in Derivatives, FX, and Money Market products.
• Experience with SQL Server / Oracle, REST/SOAP APIs, and document integration.
• Exposure to version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and banking SDLC best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to liaise with front‑office, middle‑office, and operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Banking certification (optional): e.g., CFA Level 1, FRM, or similar exposure advantageous.
