A leading automotive service provider in Singapore is looking for a Service Advisor to manage customer inquiries and coordinate service workflows. Responsibilities include providing timely assistance, handling quotes, and liaising with insurance companies for claims. High GROSS Salary: Basic Salary up to $3500 + Incentives + Variable Bonus
Location: West / Central [Different Entity]
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing prompt and professional assistance.
Handle customer enquiries regarding servicing, repairs, and appointment scheduling.
Prepare service quotations, explain work required, and obtain customer approval.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs and update customers on progress.
Perform vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including pre- and post-service inspections.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a positive service experience.
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and related documentation.
Support aftersales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist customers with motor accident reporting and explain available insurance claim options (e.g. Third-Party or Own Damage) in a clear and factual manner.
Provide preliminary repair cost estimates for insurance claims, in line with company procedures and insurer requirements.
Follow up on insurance claim authorisations and approvals to ensure timely repair commencement.
Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, and internal teams regarding motor claims documentation and requirements.
Monitor repair job progress and provide regular status updates to customers.
Coordinate with parts and workshop teams to check parts availability and repair timelines.
Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained for all insurance and repair cases.
Close service jobs and prepare final invoicing upon completion of repair works.
Deliver professional and timely customer service throughout the claims and repair process.
Minimum GCE O-Level, Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in customer service, service advisor, or automotive aftersales will be an advantage (training provided for entry-level candidates).
Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
