Happy Together Pte Ltd is actively seeking dedicated individuals, either currently serving as trainers or those passionate about becoming trainers, to join our diverse educational team. Candidates with or interested in developing expertise in various skill-based and soft skill courses are encouraged to apply. Our programs encompass a wide range including but not limited to Artisan Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training across a variety of programs including WSQ certified Programs and non-WSQ offerings such as on-site team bonding and event facilitation.
• Lead both theoretical and hands‑on sessions, emphasizing fundamental techniques, safety practices, and innovative product development.
• Provide effective mentorship to enhance student skills and knowledge in both artisan and general skill‑based disciplines.
• Conduct assessments of students’ practical skills and provide constructive feedback to aid in their development.
• Manage the setup and teardown of event settings for on‑site programs, ensuring a smooth operational flow.
• Uphold stringent safety and hygiene standards within all training environments.
• Ensure the organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of workshop spaces and equipment.

Qualifications

• ACTA or ACLP Certification is preferred; candidates without certification will be considered as sponsorship for certification is available.
• Proven knowledge of techniques, safety practices, and best practices within the field of specialization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial.
• A patient and passionate approach to teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to collaboratively work in and adapt to a dynamic training environment.
• Able to work on weekdays and/or in weekends
