Stakeholder Management
>Develop relationships, engage relevant stakeholders and facilitate alignment of stakeholders’ and project objectives
EHS Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor Project teams fostering a proactive safety and environmental culture.
- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on EHS-related risks, opportunities, and initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all EHS regulations, standards and other requirements that the Organization subscribes to.
- Conduct regular audits to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and environmental harm.
Training and Development:
- Oversee the design of EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and leadership.
- Promote EHS awareness and accountability at all levels of the organization.
- Ensure training programs comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and external stakeholders on EHS matters.
- Prepare and present EHS performance reports to executive leadership and the board of directors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate EHS considerations into business operations.
Continuous Improvement:
- Benchmark organizational EHS performance against industry standards and best practices.
- Drive innovation in EHS practices through the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost-effective improvements in EHS programs.
- Must possess corporate (HQ) experience
