Job Scope

• Manage and oversee daily workshop operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor and support the achievement of budgeted sales, gross profit targets, and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on new vehicle preparation and delivery processes.
• Work closely with the technical department to troubleshoot issues, support field fix development, and elevate recurring trends to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify training needs, support staff development, and ensure continuous skills improvement for the team.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and the company’s after-sales service policies through regular monitoring and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive aftersales or workshop operations.
• Experience in working with vehicle manufacturers or principals on operational matters.
• Knowledge and hands‑on experience in warranty processes and procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10 or more employees.
• Familiarity with dealer management systems, electronic parts catalogues (EPC), and other relevant principals’ portals or systems.
