Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales or workshop experience.

• Managed workshop operation and deliver budgeted revenue with targeted throughput of external sales.
• Manage daily workshop operations
• Ensure achievement of budgeted sales, GP & KPIs
• Coordinate with NVP, vendors in fulfilling new vehicle preparation and deliveries
• Collaborate with technical department in trouble shooting, developing field fix and escalating trend to principals
• Identify training gaps and staff development
• Ensure and Maintenance of compliance on ISO 9001 quality processes and principals after-sales service policies

Job Requirement
