Overview

JOB TITLE: WORKPLACE SERVICES LEAD, Singapore

LOCATION: SINGAPORE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The scope of the Workplace Service Delivery Manager covers Office sites in relevant remit. The role will ensure that Workplace services are Future Fit and aligned to a great place to work and trailblazing for best-in-class employee workplace experiences. The role will be responsible for leading the Workplace & Travel and Fleet Services transformation and for the day-to-day delivery of Workplace & Travel Services in line with established service levels and service line strategy. The services scope includes Facilities Management (both soft and technical services) and activities across other Workplace & Travel Services areas (Real Estate, Travel, Fleet Management, Sustainability initiatives and Building projects). This role reports to the Workplace Director Asia & ANZ and is an integral part of the Asia & ANZ Workplace Services organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support and Implementation: Leading the implementation of the workplace related projects in responsible markets, focusing on the Future of the Office, Return to office, Re-imagine of Services, Hybrid Working models, and Digital Workplace.
  • Facilities Management: Deliver the Services transformation program, ensuring employee experience, safety, and wellbeing. Accountable for day-to-day site FM service delivery in offices, managing key FM suppliers and third-party suppliers, and resolving performance and service quality issues.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovations and improvement projects to enhance cost and service, implement workplace strategies together with workplace centerer excellence to drive savings initiatives and programs, and ensure timely and accurate performance reporting of services and financials.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor relationships, evaluate supplier proposals, and conduct supplier performance reviews. Supervise the implementation of various site projects, including office renovations and maintenance works. Own the site business stakeholder relationships and communication.
  • Sustainability and Compliance: Implement programs to reduce environmental impact, ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, develop and enforce supporting policies, and monitor/report on relevant metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainability and compliance, manage associated risks, and drive Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion initiatives.
  • Finance and Reporting: Deliver profitability by managing P&L responsibility, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring the achievement of financial performance targets.

Experiences & Qualifications

Necessary Experience & Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance Services, preferably in a corporate office environment from a multinational corporation or large reputable organization; includes delivery and management of KPIs, SLAs, and relevant FM contracts.
  • Essential to have a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
  • Strategic leadership with strong collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese, fostering continuous improvement and innovation to meet client needs.
  • Experience delivering workplace related projects and change management in areas such as site relocation, reconfigurations or other global/local related projects implementation associated to workplace scope.
  • Financial acumen and working knowledge of financial budgeting and accounting.
  • Strong leadership capabilities fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and team spirit.

  • Demonstrates the ability to adapt, stay calm, and maintain focus in stressful situations.
