Job summary

A construction safety management firm in Singapore is seeking a WSHO responsible for ensuring compliance with WSH regulations, conducting safety inspections, and delivering safety training.   2. Minimum 3 years of practical experience relevant to the work to be performed by the WSHO in building construction and works of engineering construction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Compliance & Systems: Establish & maintain WSH management systems, ensure compliance with WSH Act & MOM regulations, manage risk assessments, and oversee Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

  2. Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and enforcement actions to identify hazards and non-compliance.

  3. Incident Management: Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, reporting findings and implementing corrective actions.

  4. Training & Culture: Develop & deliver safety training (inductions, toolbox meetings), plan emergency drills, and foster a proactive safety culture.

  5. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain WSH records, prepare monthly/weekly safety reports, and manage PPE records.

  6. Coordination: Liaise with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, and safety committees.
