Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,000

Roles & Responsibilities

He/She is to assist the Project Manager to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe practice carried out in the project. They are to recommend to the Project Manager to implement and to assist in implementing such reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice.

• Ensure that EHS inspections, toolbox meetings, and briefings are carried out duly.
• Implement EHS programme(s) on sites.
• Advise site staff on EHS matters.
• Conduct daily physical inspections of work environment, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure relevant legislations are complied with.
• Implement and enforce any new EHS measures passed down by management.
• Promote safe conduct at the site.
• Rectify unsafe conditions and correct unsafe practices.
• Check that all workers comply with the Company’s EHS procedures and practices.
• Ensure rectification works are implemented and maintained.
• Train workers to work safely.
• Responsible for safe workplace, housekeeping, lighting, and ventilation.
• Enforce the usage of personal protection equipment (PPE).

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Workplace Safety & Health.
• WSHC certification B is mandatory.
• Familiarity with WSH Act, Regulations, and Singapore standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with site teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to carry out inspections and enforce compliance.
