  • Review workplace data, analyse trends, and develop strategic long-term plans that guide operational teams towards safer environments for all employees.
  • Complete thorough risk assessments related to hazards, ensuring that all potential risks are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Develop local site procedures and processes that align with global standards, ensuring consistency in health and safety practices across all locations.
  • Analyse safety metrics regularly, reviewing incident trends on both weekly and monthly bases to inform proactive improvements.

  • Deliver high-quality projects on time to operations teams, ensuring that safety initiatives are seamlessly integrated into daily workflows.
  • Conduct frequent site audits to identify non-compliance issues with equipment or processes, providing actionable feedback for corrective measures.
  • Mentor Safety Associates or Health & Safety representatives within assigned facilities, fostering an environment of shared learning and support.
  • Ensure contractor management safety processes are fully implemented so that external partners adhere to organisational standards.
  • Manage internal and external compliance requirements efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating smooth audit processes.
