The incumbent shall be responsible to support CFO:

• Partner with key stakeholders and prepare proposals for pilot initiatives.
• Perform analysis for special projects to support management in decision making.
• Review department purchase/unbudgeted and other ad hoc requests and ensure compliance to the policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate timelines and reviews for the annual budgeting cycle.
• Review workflows and identify gaps/potential in processes and propose appropriate rectifications.
• Assist in governance of access rights for financial systems.
• Any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• Min Degree in any course.
• Someone who is resilient, curious, adaptable and has a mid‑long term vision on their career trajectory.
• Focus would be on a growth mindset, not fixated on WFH arrangements, ideally with a passion for the healthcare industry as well.
• Candidates from Big 4 & commercial will be a big bonus.
