We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Wine Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique wine bar. This role requires a hands‑on leader who excels in service excellence, team management, and business performance, while creating a warm and memorable experience for our guests and regular patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth service
  • Supervise and guide service staff
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bar and equipment
  • Handle reservations and table allocations
  • Build strong relationships with guests and regulars
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage product sourcing (mainly wines and liquor)
  • Plan weekly staff schedules and manage labour costs
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct month-end stocktake
  • Plan and execute events and promotions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
