JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide end-user computing support and manage Windows client provisioning
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 environment
• Manage operating systems: Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
• Oversee VMware infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues
• Communicate effectively with Japan Head Office in Japanese for IT-related matters
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure system reliability and security

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Technical Skills:
  • Windows client provisioning & end-user computing support
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Windows OS (10/11) and Windows Server management
  • VMware infrastructure experience
  • Scripting with PowerShell
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, VPN)
