Job summary

A Wellness Center in Singapore is seeking a professional wellness therapist to manage reception and provide comprehensive treatments, including TCM TuiNa. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring high service standards. Working hours are 6 days a week and may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in TCM TuiNa is required.
• Ability to provide professional foot wellness therapy.
• Knowledge of wellness treatment procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reception and front desk work including scheduling appointments.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns politely.
• Provide comprehensive wellness treatment services.

Manage reception and front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, etc.

Handle customer’s enquiries and concerns politely and professionally.

Provide specialised and comprehensive wellness treatment services to customers.

Provide consistent and professional wellness treatments to customers.

Ensure high level of service standards.

6 day work per week, works on weekends.

Requirement:

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in TCM TuiNa.

Ability to provide professional foot wellness therapy and TCM TuiNa wellness therapy.

Carry out wellness treatment according to company procedure and service standard.

Knowledge of TCM Meridian and Wellness is preferred.
