A prestigious university in Singapore is looking for a Wellbeing Business Partner to engage NUS departments in promoting mental wellbeing programs. Your role involves building relationships, understanding departmental needs, and guiding the implementation of wellbeing initiatives. You will also coordinate training and support services across teams. Candidates should ideally have a degree in health/mental health promotion and at least 3 years of experience in consultancy or program management, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The Health & Wellbeing (Office of the President) is responsible for the innovation, implementation and evaluation of health & wellbeing programmes and initiatives which support the general NUS population, as well as specific employees who are exposed to acute mentally stressful events.
