• Refer residents’ issues to Social Worker when necessary.
• Assist in institutional programmes such as outings.
• Oversee HWH estate management.
• Assist in monitoring of workplace safety and health standards.
• Provide logistics support for the effective functioning of HWH.

General Summary

The Welfare Officer provide operation support services to support the halfway house’s operations. The role ensure day to day needs of residents and operational requirements of the halfway house are met. Also ensure safety and minimise risk of the Halfway House
